Chicken cooked in Black Beer

This week we want to share a rich and full recipe, chicken cooked in black beer. We have really enjoyed it very much :-) very tasty! But before we start the recipe, I want to comment that the chicken has multiple benefits. It has a gastronomic versatility, since it supports a wide variety of ways of preparing and cooking. And it is a very tasty meat that will delight the entire family. We leave you now with our recipe:


Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pepper Red
  • 330 ml (11 oz) black beer
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation


⦿ The first thing we have to do is chop the chicken into quarters and season it.


⦿ We prepare a pot with oil and start to brown chicken for some minutes.


⦿ Then as it browns, we will chop all the vegetables before adding them to the pan.


⦿ We remove the chicken, add the vegetables and we are going to cook them well. Once they are soft, we add the chicken and sautéed very well.


⦿ We add the beer, fry and before our chicken is ready, some minutes before, we add some flour to thicken the sauce.


And ready to enjoy this rich recipe with family and friends. We will serve our chicken with some homemade fried potatoes :-)
