Cod au gratin with Spinachs and Baby Eels

This week we want to share with you a very nice recipe, very healthy and very easy to prepare, Cod au Gratin with Spinach and Baby Eels. It tastes really delicious, we promise! We share now our recipe:
Ingredients
- 4 Supreme of desalted cod
- 7 oz spinach leaf
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg
- 6.5 oz of olive oil
- Salt
- 100 gr. or 3.5 oz Gulas (fake baby eels) – very easy to find in every store.
Preparation
HOW TO PREPARE:
⦿ We are going to start peeling the garlic and cutting them into slices.
⦿ We take the garlic into the bowl of the mixer with the egg and a pinch of salt.
⦿ Blend by pouring 150 ml. (5 oz) olive oil little by little until we get the desired texture. We keep aside. We have now our Alioli ready
⦿ We turn on the grill of the oven to maximum temperature.
⦿ Heat 20 ml. of olive oil in a large frying pan and fry four threaded garlic until they get golden colour. We add then the spinach and sauté them over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
⦿ In a small frying pan with 10 ml. of olive oil we are going to lightly sauté the fake baby eels (gulas), drain them of oil and add them to the spinach. Mix well.
⦿ We are going to put the Supremes of cod in a refractory oven tray greased with the rest of the oil, we spread some home made mayonnaise we prepared on the Supremes and put them in the oven to cook au gratin during 4 or 5 minutes, until we get golden colour on the surface.
⦿ And it is now time to present our dish. In every dish we are going to place first the spinach with the baby eels and garlic and then we place the Supreme of cod just gratin on top.
