Turkey dices with vegetable and cashews seasoned with honey from Rota

Did you enjoy the Cod Fritters? This week we want a savory rich and healthy recipe because it has been cooked with Turkey, rice, vegetables, cashews and honey from Rota :-) No doubt, we are what we eat and we believe that the better we eat and more exercise we do, the better we will feel ;-) We share our recipe now and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do:


Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast
  • 1 purple onion
  • 500 grs. broccoli
  • 20 grs. cashews
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tablespoon honey from Rota
  • soy sauce
  • flour
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • ground Black pepper
  • rice
  • minced parsley

Preparation

WAY OF COOKING


⦿ We start by peeling the onion and chop fine.


⦿ We separate the broccoli into small sprigs. We wash them and dry very well.


⦿ Let’s sauté them in a non-stick pan with a thread of oil for 5 minutes. 


⦿ We wash the turkey breast, dry it and cut it into dices, season then and then pass them by flour slightly and then add to the skillet with the broccoli. We brown them by all sides.


⦿ Add the cashews, the whole seedless dates or sliced and the onion and stir everything for a few minutes.


⦿    Then water them to taste with the soy sauce, also add a little honey from Rota and serve immediately, accompanied by a side of fried white rice.
